This guide covers the complete ordering process — from finding your product on the Litbuy Spreadsheet to receiving your package at home. Each step is explained in detail so you know exactly what to expect.
Browse the Litbuy Spreadsheet by category or use the search bar to find your product. Compare sellers and batches using QC photos and community ratings. Pick the batch with the best quality feedback — not necessarily the cheapest price. Check sizing notes if ordering clothing or shoes.
Every product listing includes a direct link to its Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 page. Copy this link exactly as it appears. Don't copy the seller's store homepage — you need the specific product page link so LITBUY can order the exact item with the correct options.
Log into your LITBUY account (or create one for free), paste the product link into the order form, and select your size, color, and quantity. Review the order summary, then complete payment. LITBUY will confirm receipt and place the order with the seller within 24 hours.
After the seller ships your item, it travels to the LITBUY warehouse in China (typically 3–7 days domestic shipping). Upon arrival, the LITBUY team inspects the item and photographs it. You'll receive QC photos in your account within 24 hours of warehouse arrival.
Check your QC photos carefully. Compare them to the spreadsheet QC photos and your expectations. If everything looks good, approve the item. If something is wrong — incorrect size, poor quality, wrong color — you can reject it and request a return before it ever ships internationally. This is your most important protection point in the process.
Once approved, submit a shipping request from your LITBUY account. Choose your preferred shipping method (standard 7–20 days, or express options available). Your package is carefully packed and dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number to follow it from the warehouse to your door.

LITBUY accepts major international payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal. You pay in your local currency — LITBUY handles the CNY conversion for the Chinese marketplace purchase on your behalf.
If you reject an item based on QC photos, LITBUY will initiate a return with the seller on your behalf. Depending on the seller's return policy, you may receive a refund to your LITBUY balance or a replacement item. LITBUY acts as your advocate with the Chinese seller throughout this process.
Yes. You can order multiple products from different Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 sellers and have them all stored in your LITBUY warehouse. When you're ready, you request one international shipment for everything — consolidating saves on shipping costs significantly.
